
How It Works – Our Comprehensive Recycling Process

1. Collection & Transport
We collaborate with utility owners, EPCs, and O&M providers to safely collect end-of-life panels from solar farms, rooftops, or storage yards. -
2. Classification & Testing
Panels are sorted by type, condition, and potential reuse value. Functional panels may be refurbished, while others proceed to material recovery. -
3. Dismantling & Separation
Advanced machinery is used to systematically dismantle each panel and extract: Glass (over 70% of the panel weight) Aluminum frames Junction boxes and wiring Silicon wafers and rare metals -
4. Material Recovery & Reuse
Extracted materials are purified and reintroduced into industrial processes: Recovered silicon goes back into the solar and semiconductor industry Recycled glass can be reused in manufacturing or packaging Metals like silver and copper are melted and reused -
5. Documentation & Reporting
Clients receive detailed reports to meet ESG requirements, environmental regulations, and carbon footprint goals.
